AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS ANNUALLY TO THE KEEP AMERICA BEAUTIFUL ORGANIZATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute annually to the Keep America Beautiful Organization, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2004.
